Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Our Marketing Assistant works with the marketing department and cross-functional teams to assist with the coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing activities, product tasks and sales support for the Smart Practice healthcare markets as well as other entities.

• Assists with the execution of multi-channel promotional marketing campaigns, including assisting in new product launches and promotional offer code setup, while adhering to a consistent corporate brand throughout all materials and events.
• Completes and submits creative briefs and works closely with creative team and cross functional partners
• Supports the sales and customer care team by distributing content and training materials, sharing product training and promotional marketing information via the intranet (STAR) and monthly sales and customer care meetings, answering team questions, and supporting the development of support collateral.
• Assist with digital marketing and website strategies by partnering with the web team where needed and report and analyze on digital activities and website performance
• Helps to ensure all new products are correctly set-up and placed online with appropriate merchandising images, cross-sells, and content, and helps identify basic SEO opportunities to increase web traffic and sale of new products

• Associate's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is highly preferred
• Experience in communications, sales, or administration is helpful
