Elevation Global is expanding in Arizona and seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Junior Marketing Associates.

This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build real-world experience in marketing, customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign development while receiving hand-on training and ongoing mentorship.

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you'll work directly with customers through in-person marketing campaigns, events, retail activations, and promotional environments. You'll help represent our clients, increase brand awareness, and create positive customer experiences throughout the Arizona market.

No extensive marketing experience is required. We're looking for individuals with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing campaigns and events
• Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Communicate products, services, promotions, and campaign messaging
• Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Support the execution of events and promotional campaigns
• Learn customer engagement and marketing strategies
• Work alongside team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Track campaign activity and contribute to performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Develop skills in marketing, communications, campaign management, and leadership
