Complete Water Systems – Phoenix, AZ Full-Time | In-Office

Complete Water Systems is a growing water treatment and plumbing company serving the Greater Phoenix area. We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to help expand our online presence, manage our website and online store, and create marketing that generates real customer engagement and leads.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys combining creativity with technology and understands that successful marketing is about more than simply posting on social media.

What You’ll Do

You will help manage and grow the digital presence of Complete Water Systems across our website, e-commerce store, social media channels, and online marketing platforms.

Responsibilities include:

Create, schedule, and manage social media content
Develop engaging posts, graphics, short-form videos, promotions, and educational content
Manage and update our Wix website
Add and maintain e-commerce products, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions
Improve website pages for SEO and customer conversions
Create landing pages for products, promotions, and advertising campaigns
Assist with Google Business Profile content and updates
Help develop email and text marketing campaigns
Create marketing materials for water filtration and plumbing products and services
Use Canva or similar design software to create professional graphics
Photograph and/or edit product and installation photos
Create short videos, Reels, and other social media content
Monitor website traffic, leads, engagement, and campaign performance
Help identify new opportunities for online lead generation
Maintain consistent company branding across digital platforms
Work with management and our field team to turn completed projects into marketing content
Assist with reputation management and customer review campaigns
Research competitors, industry trends, keywords, and new marketing opportunities

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative but also analytical and results-oriented. You should be comfortable creating content while also looking at the numbers to determine whether that content is actually generating traffic, leads, and sales.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience with social media marketing
Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, or similar platforms
Experience with Wix or another website/e-commerce platform
Canva or graphic design experience
Basic SEO knowledge
E-commerce product management experience
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to create professional marketing content
Basic photo and video editing skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Comfortable learning new software and AI-powered marketing tools
Experience with Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing, CRM software, or home-service marketing is a plus.
