KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage RCL social media accounts, including creating and publishing content for Instagram, Linked In, and Facebook, monitoring engagement, managing likes and reshares, encouraging staff participation and engagement.
  • Create promotional content, including managing social media accounts, mass mailers, “product of the week” email signatures, “welcome” messages for reception TV, slideshows/content for TVs, product display stations at 1st floor “gallery”, marketing graphics and invitations for events/programs, Gobo designs, photography, and video content and other event signage.
  • Coordinate website photography and content, including company headshots, photo editing, website icons, logos, holiday mailers, and event information.
  • Maintain RCL marketing standards and brand consistency when providing marketing materials, including logos, photography, company information, and other brand assets.
  • Coordinate the cleaning, organization, and reorganization of office spaces.
  • Maintain and restock conference rooms with beverages, snacks, and other meeting supplies.
  • Coordinate food and catering arrangements for off-site events, including Controls and Outside Sales events.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement including planning and supporting quarterly employee events, and activities that promote teamwork and employee connection.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating specification sales events, including Friday Lunch & Learns, Monthly Programs, and Quarterly Client Events, while providing support and collaborating with the department team members responsible for the specific event.
  • Coordinate team travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other accommodations, in accordance with company travel policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate the ordering, setup, cleaning and organization of manufacturer banners for events and office use.
  • Coordinate catering and food arrangements for all onsite events, while ensuring the facility is event-ready, including keeping gates open, doors unlocked, and lights on.
  • Take primary responsibility for event setup, cleanup, and food ordering for office events, including in-office controls training, and other meetings such as IIDA, SALC, and distributor lunches.
  • Assist with technology setup and troubleshooting for office meetings, including manufacturer presentations and other departmental or client meetings.
  • Coordinate and complete event-related errands, including purchasing and picking up supplies from grocery stores, dry cleaners, and other vendors as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating and preparing for after-hours events held in our space, including IES training classes, and ensure the space is cleaned and restored following each event.
  • Track attendance and participation for company-required education and training events.
  • Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual in-person attendance in accordance with company expectations.

The following qualifications are necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

  • Background in Marketing, Hospitality or a related field preferred; college degree a plus.
