Hiring:
Creative Strategist (Meta Ads) – Remote, Retainer Basis
- Develop and validate creative angles based on customer psychology and positioning
- Study competitor ads, both direct competitors and adjacent niche brands, to identify transferable hooks and formats
- Write ad scripts across formats (UGC, short form, VSL, static)
- Provide strategic rationale for each script (persona, pain point, awareness stage)
Monthly retainer, with potential for long-term collaboration and additional projects
Output:Daily concepts (script + brief), volume to be discussed based on fit
Must have some hands‑on experience writing direct response ads for DTC brands. Experience with supplement or wellness brands is a plus.
Note:
This isn't a typical 9-5 or full-time role, it's flexible, you can deliver work on your own schedule as long as output is met.
