Marketing | Internship (Full-Time) | Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Social Media Intern to join our growing marketing team at be10X
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning assigned social media pages across Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, and X (Twitter) — creating content, publishing consistently, and contributing to audience and page growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who actively follows social media trends, understands what makes content perform, and is excited to experiment with formats, hooks, editing styles, and AI-powered content creation tools.

Position Details

Compensation: 5,000 – 10,000 per month (basis interview)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Experience: 0–1 year;
Freshers welcome
Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field
Laptop: Own laptop mandatory

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned social media pages across Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content including Reels, Shorts, posts, carousels, videos, and other formats.
  • Develop content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, viral formats, and platform behaviour.
  • Identify opportunities to increase views, reach, followers/subscribers, engagement, and overall page growth.
  • Monitor page performance and understand which formats, topics, hooks, and posting strategies are working.
  • Experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve organic performance.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and supporting copy.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.
  • Perform basic-to-intermediate editing using tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Create thumbnails, graphics, carousels, and other social media creatives.
  • Use AI tools for content ideation, scripting, research, editing, video generation, image generation, and workflow automation.
  • Repurpose existing content into formats suited to different platforms.
  • Track key metrics week over week and identify what improved, what did not, and what should be tested next.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Active, hands-on use of Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, or X, with a practical understanding of how these platforms work.
  • Ability to look at a viral Reel or Short and explain why it performed well.
  • Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
  • Ability to create decent-looking creatives using Canva or similar tools.
  • Basic video editing skills with the ability to independently produce social-media-ready videos.
  • Familiarity with Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered content creation tools.
  • Understanding that page growth requires consistency, experimentation, and analytics — not just posting.
  • Ability to take ownership of a page and work independently.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to write engaging captions and hooks.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic social media analytics.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing your own Instagram, You Tube, or other social media page.
  • Demonstrated experience growing a page, creator account, You Tube channel, or community.
  • Experience creating Reels, Shorts, thumbnails, carousels, or other social content.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Experience with AI video, image, or content creation tools.
  • Experience working on college clubs, societies, freelance projects, or creator accounts.
