Eyeball Factory seeks a leader to own its creator programs end to end across multiple clients. You will onboard, coach, retain, and manage payouts, budgets, data, and all creator communications.
This is not a coordinator role; you will make calls, own outcomes, and be the go-to person creators think of for the program. Remote, full-time in US with EST overlap; base salary plus performance bonus tied to KPIs.
