Hands On Greater Phoenix has worked with nonprofits, Title I schools, neighborhood associations and government entities to assess and meet the volunteer needs of the Greater Phoenix area. The successful applicant will develop internal data systems, documentation and reporting tools that improve service delivery; contribute to the development of a volunteer engagement system by designing digital intake/tracking tools and standardized service‑tracking workflows; develop reporting dashboards to monitor key metrics; survey staff and volunteers;
