Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics is seeking an experienced Major Gifts Officer in Phoenix, Arizona, to lead the major gifts team and manage the fundraising efforts for the Foundation. This role includes identifying and nurturing relationships with major donors and ensuring the accomplishment of annual fundraising goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of major gift fundraising experience, and a proven ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
