Job Summary:

$22-$25 an hour
The Development Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the fundraising and development activities of the company. This position involves coordinating and executing various development initiatives, managing donor relations, organizing meetings/events, and assisting with grant writing and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the mission.

Pay $22-$25 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

The Development Coordinator's primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Donor Relations:

* Update donor databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

* Assist in supporting the donor stewardship plans.

* Support for the Growth & Expansion Campaign.

* Prepare donor acknowledgment letters, thank you notes, and other correspondence.

* Coordinate regular communication with donors, including newsletters, emails, and social media updates.

* Serve as the main liaison for the Fresh Start Auxiliary Board and Men's Board

* Manage the Auxiliary Board and Men's Board meetings.

* Schedule each monthly meeting.

* Create meeting agendas and handouts for each meeting.

* Update "Board Effect" platform for both boards.

* Manage attendance records.

* Fundraising Support:

* Assist in executing fundraising campaigns and events.

* Research and identify potential grant opportunities.

* Support grant writer with research and reporting processes.

* Administrative Duties:

* Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

* Correspond with board members and donors on behalf of the Development Team.

* Work with Database Manager to help with the "thank you note process" for all donors.

* Support with donor database (Raisers Edge) needs as they arise.

* Provide support for fundraising events.
