Responsibilities:

Lead weekly preaching and teaching ministries with biblical depth and clarity.
Provide spiritual oversight and pastoral care to the congregation.
Lead and support church staff (Associate Pastor of Young Families & Church Secretary), deacons, and ministry leaders.
Oversee administration of ordinances and worship services.
Conduct weddings, funerals, counseling, and visitation as needed.
Encourage and develop volunteer leadership.
Represent the church in community.
