CPLC Corazón is a client-centered program where all cultures are welcome and celebrated. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment through our CARF Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center since 1983. The 30- to 60-day structured treatment program incorporates best practices targeted to the clients enrolled in the program. CPLC Corazón features a range of substance abuse services, including group, individual, family, and couples therapy, in addition to nightly community 12-step support groups.
Our 65-bed, ADA compliant residential facility provides all meals, an on-site laundry facility free of charge, a basketball court, and a garden. We offer holistic health techniques including yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and sweat lodge.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to increase awareness of the organization's substance use treatment services.
- You will serve as a liaison between the treatment program and the community, promoting services, generating referrals, supporting admissions efforts, and contributing to census growth.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, detox facilities, probation departments, courts, legal entities, social service agencies, community organizations, and other referral sources.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies and initiatives that increase awareness of organizational services and support census growth.
- Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, educational events, and networking activities to promote program services.
- Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities and community partnerships.
- Represent the organization as an authorized liaison with external partners while maintaining professional relationships and exercising sound judgment.
- Participate in strategic planning efforts related to business development and community engagement.
- Travel throughout the community to attend meetings, events, presentations, and networking opportunities.
- Wide degree of creativity, independent judgment, and strategizing in order to build and nurture partnerships and determine best tools to drive engagement, achieving desired results.
- Understanding of technology and demonstrated ability to learn new programs and software quickly to create the most impactful presentations, campaigns, marketing materials.
- Expertise in navigating various social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Authority to design, modify and implement outreach strategies based on community needs, data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Exercises independent judgment in prioritizing outreach activities, partnerships and initiatives aligned with agency goals.
- Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of outreach strategies and recommending programmatic adjustments.
- Serves as a subject-matter resource for leadership on community engagement trends, referral patterns, and partnership opportunities.

Education/Background:
- Bachelor's in social work, social services, psychology from an accredited university with minimum 2-4 years of progressively responsible outreach, program development, or community engagement experience.
