Borealis Philanthropy is seeking a Program Officer for the Racial Equity in Journalism Fund (REJ Fund). You will lead programming and grantmaking, guiding the Fund's strategy and day-to-day activities to advance racial equity in journalism.
Working within a small team, you will identify potential grantees, provide technical assistance, and connect grantees to additional resources, ensuring effective program processes and impact across the portfolio.
