  • Donor Cultivation: Develop and implement a "moves management" system to identify, cultivate, solicit, and thank individual donors.
  • Corporate & Community Partners: Identify and pitch local brands for sponsor ships and "cause-marketing" collaborations aligned with creating accessible "safe spaces".
  • Event & Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of signature volunteer-led annual events and other campaigns, including:
    • Empathy Awards (First Friday in October)
    • Gift of Love Holiday Party & Annual Campaign Kick Off (December)

    • 365 Salon & Spa Campaign (First Friday in April)
    • Summit Sponsorship Appeals
  • Digital Fundraising: Manage online giving platforms and lead social media-driven campaigns (e.g., Arizona Gives Day, Giving Tuesday, AZ Tax Credit, and the Gift of Love 365 Circle).
  • Grant Support: Collaborate with the CEO and programs team to research grant opportunities, collaborate on proposal writing, and gather data for foundation grant reporting.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate database records to ensure clean donor history tracking, targeted appeals, and mailing lists.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
  • Two or more years of experience in project coordination, special events planning, and fund development within a non-profit setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management.
  • Proven experience developing systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Lived Experience (Strongly Preferred) We operate under the disability rights principle of "Nothing about us without us," the belief that survivors with disabilities are the ultimate experts on their own needs. As such, lived experience with the intersection of interpersonal violence and disability is strongly preferred to ensure the Safety for All Primary Prevention Project is authentically informed and directly guided by the community we serve.
