The Solomon Foundation (TSF) is a Christian non-profit Church Extension Fund that partners with investors, pastors, church planters, and universities to support ministry growth and facility development. It offers fixed-rate and low-minimum investment opportunities, using those funds to provide loans to churches within the Restoration Movement for refinancing, building acquisitions, and construction projects. The Regional President - West is a full-time, remote position located in Arizona. This position is responsible for overseeing and growing relationships with pastors, church leaders, investors, and ministry partners in the Western region, including identifying and developing opportunities for investments and church lending. This leader will serve as the primary ambassador for TSF in the Western region, driving business development while owning full responsibility for the regional balance sheet and income statement.

The Regional President will visit congregations and leaders regularly, provide guidance on commercial funding options, investment opportunities, and represent TSF at regional events, conferences, and meetings.

• Proven leadership experience in non-profit, ministry, or financial services, with responsibility for regional growth or relationship management.
• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for supporting church growth and Kingdom impact.
• Familiarity with the Restoration Movement non-denominational Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, including culture, leadership structures, and ministry priorities.
• Proven experience with business development, financial services, commercial lending, fundraising, or capital-raising roles.
• Demonstrated ability to raise deposits, secure investments, or cultivate planned-giving commitments.
• Strong financial literacy, including understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and portfolio management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to engage pastors, church planters, investors, and board members. Comfortable presenting in front of large groups of people.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, territory management, and setting and achieving performance goals.
• Ability to travel frequently (50%+) within the Western region.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced education or ministry training is a plus.
• High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive leadership in a Christian organizational context.
