Hourly Pay: $42-$65 (with differentials)

** Schedule Highlights*
* + Fixed day or fixed night schedule

+ 3x12-hour shifts

** RN Responsibilities*
* + Deliver direct nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings

+ Complete intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations

+ Partner with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans

+ Administer medications and monitor patient responses

+ Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

+ Support patients through stabilization and recovery-focused treatment

** Required Qualifications*
* + Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

+ Ability to commit to a consistent day or night schedule

+ Interest in behavioral health, crisis care, or detox nursing

+ New graduate RNs and experienced RNs encouraged to apply

** Compensation and Differentials*
* + Base pay range: $42-$50 per hour (experience-based)

+ Weeknight differential: 10%

+ Weekend day differential: 15%

+ Weekend night differential: 30%

+ Total compensation can reach up to $65 per hour with differentials
