RN ManagerJob Summary
This position plans and provides clinical oversight and support to staff and patient care across multiple clinic sites, demonstrating expertise in the assigned area, and leads clinical, financial, and personnel management within the region.
Skills / Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field;
Master’s preferred. - Minimum of two years’ experience managing a healthcare facility with strong knowledge of medical practice, clinic operations, policies, procedures, and systems.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience with the patient population.
- Leadership experience managing staff and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, public relations, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Capability to interact positively with physicians and employees at all levels.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
