- Serves as a primary clinical rotation site for the University of Arizona CRNA program

Qualifications:
- Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- New graduates encouraged to apply. (board certification required prior to start date)
Scheduling:
- Preferred scheduling and work-life balance
- 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year
- One weekend shift per month
- Minimal night shifts per year
- No call
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: based on experience
- $237k-$277k W-2
- $272k-$312k-1099 per year
- Sign-on and relocation incentives available
- Paid medical malpractice insurance
