Copa Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Nurse Practitioner to join our Metro Outpatient Clinic team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in an integrated, behavioral health setting. WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of members across the lifespan.
- Manage chronic and acute conditions in collaboration with behavioral health providers, nursing staff, and case managers.
- Complete evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care in accordance with best practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in integrated care team meetings, quality initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
- Promote whole-person wellness through education, prevention, and culturally responsive care.
- Current and valid FNP license in the State of Arizona.
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred; behavioral health experience a plus.
