• Performing holistic patient evaluations, ordering relevant diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions alongside physicians or independently (as per your credentialing)
• Providing education to patients and their families on prevention strategies, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies in line with your professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care management initiatives
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or readiness to secure within 90 days)
