Vivo Health Staff is recruiting for a Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a permanent position with salary and benefits.

Our client is a fast‑growing pulmonary clinic network founded in 2022 with the mission to redefine the standard of care in pulmonary medicine and deliver the best lung care in America. They are building technology‑enabled clinics that combine in‑person and virtual services to improve outcomes and expand access to lung care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with direct experience in pulmonary medicine. The role involves providing comprehensive care, collaborating with pulmonologists and referring physicians, and educating patients on preventive and chronic care. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative organization committed to patient‑centered pulmonary care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
  • Interpret chest X‑rays, CT scans, and pulmonary function tests (PFTs).
  • Educate patients on disease management and preventive care.
  • Monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Foster strong relationships with local providers to support referral growth.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of direct pulmonary experience beyond general medical training.
  • Active state license in Arizona (or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact).
  • Current board certification as NP or PA.
  • No history of malpractice.
  • Strong communication skills and a mission‑driven approach to patient care.
  • Enthusiasm for integrating technology into pulmonary care models.
Preferred
  • Experience in sleep medicine.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $130,000‑$150,000, with bonus potential up to $170,000.
