What You’ll DoAs a trusted clinical expert, you will:
Deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate nursing care across the continuum
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
Identify nursing diagnoses and proactively address patient needs
Delegate care appropriately in alignment with Valley wise Health policies
Serve as a patient advocate and educator, empowering individuals and families
Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance standards
Provide guidance and indirect supervision to ancillary staff
Participate in team-building initiatives and quality improvement efforts

This role may require standby or on-call availability, offering the opportunity to make a difference whenever patients need it most.
Hourly Pay Rate: $35.52 - $52.39
Qualifications Education- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
- Must have at least one (1) year of recent acute care hospital RN experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities; or if completed the New Grad RN program at Valley wise Health then must have at least one (1) year of Valley wise Health experience as a RN and be in good standing.
- Must possess a current, valid AZ RN license, temporary AZ RN license, or valid compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
- Must be in good standing with the issuing Board of Nursing.
- Requires a BLS card obtained through an American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.
- In addition, certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice:

Must have ACLS upon hire or transfer.
- Surgical Trauma:
- Ability to work with culturally diverse people is a must.
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
- Requires basic computer word processing skills (e.g. formatting, editing, printing, composing email, internet searches, etc.) to be able to successfully navigate through an electronic medical record using a computer.
- Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
