Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric or geriatric private duty roles. • Day, 2nd and Overnight Shifts of 8‑12 hours
• Starting pay: $30‑33 per hour (client‑specific)

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s)
• Hands‑on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
