Job Summary And Responsibilities
We are pleased to offer a $15,000 sign‑on bonus for RNs with at least two years of ICU experience. We also offer a $10,000 relocation allowance to new hires that meet eligibility requirements.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts patients' well‑being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. - Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence‑based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
- Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with patient needs and comfort.
- Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
- Advocates for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
- Recognizes and adapts to changes in patient condition (lab, vitals, signs, test values) in a timely, clinically appropriate manner.
- Utilizes SBAR format to notify physicians and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse‑to‑nurse report at the bedside.
Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care plan for acutely ill adult patients. The position requires service to all age groups from young adults to geriatric patients, aligns with the organization’s mission and core values, and supports the hospital’s strategic plan and performance improvement plan.
- Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
- Requires providing service to one or more age groups, including young adults through geriatric patients, demonstrating an understanding of functional/developmental age.

Pay Range: $35.00 – $58.63 per hour.

MinimumJob Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State.
- One year recent acute care experience.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- ACLS within 6 months of start or transfer.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
