Looking to step away from bedside care while still using your clinical expertise? Join a consultative care team supporting individuals with work‑related injuries—no hands‑on treatment, no on‑call, no weekends.
What You’ll Do- Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial)
- Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters
- Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers
- Build strong client and provider relationships
- No bedside care or treatment administration
- Predictable schedule and supportive team
- Independent, assessment‑focused work
- No on‑call responsibilities
- RN with ASN or higher
- Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
- Workers’ Comp experience and Spanish a plus
- Ability to travel within Phoenix metro (reliable transportation required)
- Medical, dental, vision
- PTO, paid holidays, floating holiday
