Variety of DutiesDepending on the client s needs, duties may include medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, patient education, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and monitoring and reporting patient conditions.
Collaborative EnvironmentWork as part of a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
