• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in both pain management and primary care settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, pain control, and preventive health measures.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and clinical assessments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in pain management, primary care, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other healthcare technologies.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
