Med/Surg – 22 Private Rooms Submission & Compliance Requirements MUST have Level 1 Trauma experience 50-mile radius rule (No local rates; driver’s license required as source of truth) Medical Solutions pre-screen required → Auto Offer if clinically recommended Manager reserves right to rescind within 24 hours Must pass DYS exam prior to accepting (2 attempts; if failed = DNU 6 months with CS AZ & Sac Region) Travel teams must have own vehicles Natural hair color only;

no facial piercings Men must be clean-shaven for fit test Day 1 pass/fail exam during orientation SIMs Lab (Pass/Fail) – St. Joseph Main & Westgate Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes (Exceptions: NyICU & ED variations apply) Strict sterile field enforcement (termination if broken) Additional education: lifts, restraints, wound care Unit Details Beds: 22 private rooms Ratios: 1:4–5

Charge nurse & telemetry experience No first-time travelers Clinical Details Drips:
Heparin only (no cardiac gtts) No telemetry on unit (but may float to tele areas) House Supervisor 24/7;
Manager M–F No PCTs – resource RN + charge RN support RT assigned to unit Scheduling & Requirements Self-scheduling (4 weeks at a time) Weekends: 3 weekend days per pay period (Sat/Sun) Holidays:
