Travel Neuro RN Registered Nurse – Phoenix, AZ. Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Neuro RN to manage the neuro patient population, collaborate with nursing leadership, neuro/neurosurgery physicians, and identify improvement areas in patient education, processes, and discharge.

At least 2 years of experience as a Neuro RN (Certified Neuro RN).

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize resources; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Evaluate learning needs of patients/families and provide appropriate education.
• Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel; may precept student nurses and new hires.
