Sign On Bonus: $12,000.00

• The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Focused on excellent customer service, multi‑tasking, flexibility in assignments, infection control standards, professional competencies, and teamwork.
• Assist surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care under direction of a RN.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) previous OR experience preferred.
• Current Arizona Nursing License.
• Current CPR, ACLS certified.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
• Ability to care for patients from adult to geriatrics.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures specific to operating room nurse.
• Clinically proficient in OR nursing skills, demonstrating knowledge of developmental needs of young adult, adult and geriatric patients.
