No on‑call. 3‑day per week schedule in a 6‑chair dialysis den. Flexible to support local SNF dialysis dens and possible outpatient dialysis during census growth.

Local DaVita SNF dialysis dens are located at Haven Sky Harbor, Palm Valley and Resolve. The RN will work in a 6‑chair dialysis den and may assist in outpatient dialysis as needed. Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a skilled nursing facility and are transported to dialysis three times a week, creating significant demand and cost.

• Take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to keep dialysis treatment on track.
• Provide patient education to patients and families in the SNF setting.
• Independent dialysis care and supervision of Dialysis Technician to meet capacity and efficiency goals.
• Apply critical thinking and core nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care when required.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 months of RN experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); a three‑year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

• Previous chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD) nursing experience.
• Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
