Nurse Practitioner; New Grads | Outpatient Workweek

A growing primary care team in Kingman, Arizona is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) ready to trade high-volume, high-chaos clinical environments for something more sustainable — comprehensive, relationship-based primary care across the lifespan in a well-supported, multidisciplinary setting that's part of the largest non-profit healthcare system in northwest Arizona. This position offers compensation package that competes with positions requiring years of experience, paired with a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule that means every weekend is a three-day weekend, every week.

• Provide comprehensive primary care including routine exams, wellness visits, and acute and chronic condition management
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests per evidence-based guidelines
• Prescribe and manage medications across the lifespan
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

• MSN from accredited NP program | National FNP certification required
• BLS certification required
• New graduates welcome — experience preferred
• Comfortable managing chronic and acute conditions in an outpatient setting
• Strong team-based care and collaboration skills

• $138,000–$140,000/year + RVU productivity bonus
• Full-time | Four 10-hour shifts | 3-day weekend every week
