Our client is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Tucson, AZ. Our state‑of‑the‑art centers are newly built and equipped with cloud‑based electronic health records and technology, enabling our practitioners to deliver exceptional outpatient primary care. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative team, providing care to a Medicare‑aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.

• Manage a caseload of only 8-12 patients a day.
• Provide outpatient primary care with no nights, weekends, or in‑hospital calls.
• Participate as part of a collaborative care team that includes Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team members.
• Deliver high‑quality care focused on patient satisfaction and alignment with company values.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology and cloud‑based electronic health records to enhance patient care.

• Current, active, and non‑probationary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona.
• At least 2 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare‑aged, medically underserved patient population.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
