A physician‑owned and led multi‑specialty group in Arizona is actively recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner to launch primary care services at an established Cardiology clinic in western Arizona! This is a bread‑and‑butter primary‑care practice in an outpatient only setting. You will enjoy a Monday‑Friday schedule with no late nights and no weekends. This is a supportive group of 40+ primary care providers who truly put the patient first!

The ideal candidate is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years’ experience in Primary Care and an active Arizona license.

• 100% outpatient
• Monday‑Friday 8‑5 hours
• 10‑12 days/year of Phone‑Only Triaged Call
• Patient ages 5+
• 401k + 5% match
