Overview
Phoenix Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner – HYBRID:
Clinic + TeleA. This is a salaried position dedicated to following up with patients regarding their sleep study results and referring appropriately. The NP will see patients in clinic 4 days a week and remotely from home 1 day a week, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00.
• Follow up with patients regarding sleep study results and provide referrals as needed.
• See patients in clinic 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week.
• Maintain a Monday‑Friday schedule with no late nights, no weekends, and no on‑call duty.
• Certified Family or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 1 year of NP experience, preferably in sleep medicine.
• Active Arizona license.
