You will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds, including those requiring hyperbaric oxygen therapy. This role offers both autonomy and team collaboration within a supportive, well‑established wound care program.

• Perform independent clinical assessments of acute and chronic wounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform hands‑on procedures and advanced wound care interventions
• Manage systemic conditions contributing to chronic wounds
• Provide patient and family education to promote healing and prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Provide inpatient wound consultations as needed

• Healogics-managed outpatient wound and hyperbaric center
• Two on-site hyperbaric chambers
• Inpatient wound consult opportunities
• EMR: IHeal
• Monday-Friday clinical schedule
• No weekend or call coverage
• Comprehensive wound care training provided

• Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• CWOCN certification preferred, but not required
