Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN | Day Shift | Veterans Home
Yuma, AZ
A skilled nursing facility serving the veteran community in Yuma is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN contract role. This is a great fit for nurses looking for flexible scheduling in a structured, team-focused environment.
Schedule & Details- PRN, 12-hour day shifts (6:0 AM – 6:30 PM)
- As-needed coverage (hours not guaranteed)
- Contract through June 30, 2026
- Local candidates only
- Supervise nursing staff during shift
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Support admissions, discharges, and care coordination
- Monitor patient status and respond to clinical needs
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Assist with staffing coverage and team support
- Active Arizona RN license
- 1+ year experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership ability
- Comfortable in a supervisory role
- Current BLS certification
- TB test
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
