Night Nurse Practitioner Intensivist

Banner University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The ACNP will directly manage cardiac ICU patients and work in a team that values growth and development.

• Provide evening care management of cardiac ICU patients.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications.
• Educate patients, families, and staff.
• Consult with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in research activities.

• Current ACNP certification.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certification.
• Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances.
• Experience or recent graduates with prior cardiology or critical care experience are encouraged.

• Full‑time, 3–12 hour shifts per week.
• Night, swing, and weekend shifts required.
