Position Highlights- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Weekend Rotation:
One weekend per month - Setting:
Office-based role working as part of a physician-APP team - Location:
West Valley, Phoenix - a fast-growing and dynamic community
- Conducting patient assessments and follow-up visits
- Reviewing diagnostic test results and assisting with treatment plans
- Managing chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Coordinating care and educating patients on heart health
