  On‑site at 17900 N Porter Rd, Maricopa, AZ.
• Patient panel:
  Own panel with manageable volume.
• Scheduling:
  Flexible 4×10 or 5×8 shifts.
• Patient population:
  All ages.
• Support:
  Medical Assistants, front office and leadership support.

• Active NP (or PA) designation with eligibility for Arizona licensure.
• DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
