Family Nurse Practitioner Position in Phoenix- 48th St​/McDowell - FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner – McDowell Health Center, Phoenix, AZ

Terros Health is seeking a full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and behavioral health care at our McDowell Health Center. The position requires an active AZ FNP license and is open to candidates with both MSN and DNP qualifications.

• AZ FNP License required
• FNP experience preferred
• Next Gen Experience is a PLUS
• Certification required

Primary Care Provider responsibilities include:

• Conducts physicals/check‑ups, evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, and provides general and preventive care.
• Prescribes and monitors medications.
• Coordinates with other providers and makes specialty care referrals.
• Educates patients about preventive care and wellness activities.
• Provides leadership and cohesion within the clinic environment, may supervise other staff and students.
• Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, and makes referrals for specialty and behavioral health care.
• Provides direct patient services not less than 85% of the work time.
• Employs therapeutic interventions appropriate for identified treatment issues.
• Seeks appropriate clinical supervision/support when necessary to ensure effective treatment.
• Establishes appropriate patient files that conform to agency guidelines, best professional practice, and State licensing regulations.

Salary Range (based on 40 hours/week): MSN $113,000–$120,000+ DOE; DNP $129,000. Additional language differential pay available:
Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL at $3/hour ($6,240 annually).
