Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management The Company

Our client is a growing, physician-led pain management organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals suffering from chronic pain conditions. The practice combines advanced treatment options with a collaborative approach to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

The Position

Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding Pain Management team in North Phoenix, Arizona. This provider will work closely with physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting.

Requirements
  • Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner License
  • Active DEA License
  • Active CDS License
  • Pain Management Experience Preferred
  • Neurology, Orthopedic, Spine, or Primary Care Experience Considered
  • Strong Clinical Assessment Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Responsibilities
  • Monday Through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Outpatient Only
  • Conduct Comprehensive Patient Evaluations and Physical Exams
  • Review Imaging and Diagnostic Studies
  • Diagnose and Manage Chronic Pain Conditions
  • Order and Interpret Diagnostic Testing
  • Prescribe Medications and Therapies as Appropriate
  • Educate Patients on Treatment Plans and Care Options
  • Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation
  • Collaborate with Physicians Regarding Interventional Pain Procedures
  • Respond to Patient Questions and Follow-Up Care Needs
  • Provide Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care
