About the Role
You will determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager and the Center Physician and provide support of environmental, health and safety (EHS). The role requires familiarity with plasma collection regulations.
How You Will Contribute- Determine donor eligibility, including management of informed consent, AIDS education, and confidential self‑exclusion.
- Conduct medical history interviews, physical examinations, blood testing, and review serologic protein electrophoresis (SPE) results.
- Evaluate donor reactions, follow SOPs for medical emergencies, and facilitate donor transport to emergency care facilities.
- Consult with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for unacceptable findings and for guidance on medical or technical issues.
- Support the Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
- Manage employee incidents and determine if further evaluation is required by occupational health.
- Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations related to pandemic threats.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or graduate‑level nursing program with state requirements.
- Licensed or certified as LPN or LVN in the state of assignment.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Fulfilled state requirements for basic IV therapy.
- Completed FDA‑approved training requirements for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
- Minimum two years experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Location and CompensationUnited States – Arizona – Phoenix
Hourly wage: $25.60 – $35.20 (actual wage may vary based on qualifications, experience, and other factors).
U.S. employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and additional benefits such as a 401(k) plan with company match, sick time, and vacation accrual.
