Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) – Nocturnal Critical Care
Banner University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking an ACNP to join our Nocturnal Critical Care team. The ACNP will directly manage critical care patients within a division that prioritizes growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nocturnal critical care management for patients, including therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Educate patients, families, and staff, provide consultation, and engage in research activities.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Current ACNP certification.
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certification.
- Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances.
- Experience in critical care or new graduates with prior critical‑care intensivist experience.
- Full time, 3 12‑hour shifts per week with rotating weekend coverage.

Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, 1111 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85006.
