• Surgical specialties include General, Transplant, Vascular, Cardiac, Thoracic, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Neurosurgery, Complex Spine, Plastic Surgery, and Sports Medicine.
• Robust outpatient practice includes Cath Lab, EP, MRI, CT, IR, Bone Marrow Biopsy, Pain Medicine, and GI/Endoscopy.

• Graduation from a nationally accredited anesthesia program. Doctorate Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) or Doctorate Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred.
• Current Arizona licensure as a Registered Nurse and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
• Certification from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and Basic Life Support certification required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date.

Nonexempt

Predetermined rate of $132.17 per hour.

Part Time;
Supplemental/PRN. Variable, as needed based on staffing. No call required. Weekend schedule variable, as desired.
