The Phoenix, Arizona, nurse specializing in Operating Room (OR) nursing is responsible for collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families to provide high-quality, professional nursing care tailored to pediatric patients. The position involves working in accordance with evidence-based practices, hospital standards, and regulatory requirements. Candidates must bring their nursing license on the first day of work.

  Dayshift RN, 4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts from 06:30 to 17:00, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Current State of Arizona registered nurse (RN) license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date;
  Two‑year (ADN) degree in nursing, four‑year (BSN) degree in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree;
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association;
  Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association;
  
  Experience:
  
  2 full years of nursing experience, including 1 year in pediatric Operating Room nursing
• Vaccinations: COVID‑19 vaccination highly recommended but not mandatory;
  Flu vaccination required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by the organization prior to start. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID‑19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
