Primary Care Physician / Advanced Practice Clinician – Hazleton, PA

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is growing to serve our community and offers a primary care opportunity in Hazleton, PA. The practice includes 2 Physicians and 2 APCs.

• Work 36 patient‑facing hours per week;
  Monday‑Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Handle patient slots: 40 minutes for new patients, child wellness/preventative, wellness/preventative for 46 and older, TOC and medical clearances; 20 minutes for wellness/preventative for 45 and under, return patients, and acute visits.
• Participate in calls rotated with clinicians in the region; calls go first to nurse triage.
• Collaborate with onsite and remote care teams to provide care for your panel and additional acute/follow‑up patients as needed.
• Possibility to teach nurse practitioner and physician assistant students.

• 2+ years of experience as a clinician in Family Medicine/Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine preferred.
• A valid PA medical license or ability to obtain one is required.
• Graduate from an accredited educational program for Nurse Practitioners.
