Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented, entry‑level Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our residential behavioral health team (New Grads Welcome). In this role, you will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients navigating recovery and behavioral health challenges in a structured, supportive residential environment. The ideal candidate will excel at medication management, patient monitoring, and fostering a safe, respectful community focused on long‑term wellness, all while working side‑by‑side with our Registered Nurse, Therapists, and other LPN's.

• Licensure:
  Active, unrestricted Arizona LPN License (or valid compact state license) in good standing.
• Clearances:
  Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Certifications:
  
  Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, substance use disorder recovery, or residential care settings is preferred, but not necessary.

  Strong clinical boundaries, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic, non‑judgmental approach to patient care across diverse populations.

• Dynamic, 24/7 residential facility environment requiring collaboration and active movement throughout the shift.
• Available shifts may include days, evenings, and rotating weekends.
• NO overnight shifts – may be required to be on‑call
