Hiring RN Preadmission Clinical Nurse

We are currently hiring an experienced RN who thrives on precision, patient advocacy, and being the critical first step in a patient’s care journey. As a Preadmission Clinical Nurse
, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring patients are fully prepared—clinically, emotionally, and logistically before they walk through the hospital doors. This is more than a job, it’s your opportunity to shape outcomes before care even begins.

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (DAYS)
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours/week
• Requirements:
  Weekends, Holidays, and On-Call rotation

• Conduct comprehensive preadmission assessments
• Review medical histories, labs, and diagnostics
• Coordinate with providers to optimize patient readiness
• Educate patients and families on procedures and expectations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

• Preoperative assessments
• Risk stratification
• Patient education & coordination
• Interdisciplinary communication

• Active RN license (AZ or compact)
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Experience in preadmission, perioperative, or acute care preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A proactive, patient-first mindset
