RN OR Circulator

USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is hiring an OR RN full time in its state‑of‑the‑art orthopedic and spinal surgery facility.

The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgical cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The ideal candidate will focus on excellent customer service, multi‑task, show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies, and work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. The RN will also help surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs under the direction of another RN.

Sign‑on bonus: $15,000.00.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) previous OR experience preferred.
• Current Arizona Nursing License.
• Current CPR, ACLS certified.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
• Ability to care for patients from adult to geriatrics.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to operating room nurse.
• Clinically proficient in operating room nursing skills, demonstrating knowledge of the developmental needs of the young adult, adult and geriatric patient.
